Frequently asked questions about operational leasing
Now you can find the answers to the most frequently asked questions.
What are the differences between financial leasing and operational leasing?
When the car fleet of the company is developed by means of financial leasing, the owner is the one who bears, in addition to the monthly instalment, all the expenses of maintenance and repair, insurance, tax-related costs and, when the vehicle has reached its end-of-life, the disposal expenses. In other words, by means of financial leasing, all the risks related to the car in use are borne by the owner.
Operational leasing involves the signing of an agreement over a period jointly determined with the leasing company, by means of paying a monthly rate. In exchange of that, the company handles all the responsibilities specific to the car in use: the payment of taxes and insurances, repairs, maintenance, changing the tyres due to wear and tear, etc.
Can I purchase the vehicle after the operational leasing agreement has expired?
At the end of the operational leasing contract, the customer has to return the vehicle.
