Necessary documents for car loan

Porsche Bank car loan is a financial solution intended both for natural persons as well as for legal entities who wish to purchase a new or a second-hand car within Porsche group.
In order to forward the request for a car loan, it is necessary for you to submit a file which should contain a series of necessary documents, as follows:
Natural Persons
- Standard loan request/account opening request form, as an execution copy;
- Copy of the identity document;
- Salary slip (Porsche Bank standard form);
- Copy of a utility invoice (e.g.: telephone, gas utility, electricity, water, internet, etc.);
- Documents certifying the source of your incomes (e.g.: The copy of the employment record and/or the copy of the individual labour contract signed and approved by the Territorial Labour Inspectorate, additional documents signed and approved by the Territorial Labour Inspectorate, rental agreements, navigator incomes, pension slip);
- The tax record for the previous year (is issued by the employer or, as the case may be, by the National Agency for Fiscal Administration).
* The same documents are necessary both for the loan holder as well as for the co-debtors, guarantor or husband/wife. Preliminary condition: the monthly rate must be lower or at least equal to 30% of the family’s net income.
Individual Service Providers / Freelancers
- Standard loan request/account opening request form, as an execution copy;
- Copy of the identity document;
- Authorization issued by the official authority governing the respective field of professional activity;
- Copies of the taxation notices concerning the incomes achieved during the previous year;
- Tax Registration Certificate.
Legal Entities
- Standard loan request/account opening request form, as an execution copy;
- The Articles of Association (the latest status or, as the case may be, with filings of amendments);
- Tax Identification Number;
- Copy of the articles of incorporation with all amendments registered with the Trade Register;
- Copies of identity documents – these apply for delegates;
- The Minutes of the Board of Trustees which establishes the persons with signature power for banking operations (names, positions held, identity data, specimen signatures, etc.), as an execution copy;
- Copy of the latest two balance sheets and of the profit and loss account, including annexes;
- The balances of payments specific to the balance sheets presented + the latest available balance of payments.
