Necessary documents for financial leasing

We know how frustrating is the entire bureaucratic process we are subject to when we wish to perform a purchase by means of financial leasing. In order to facilitate your work and dispose of any possible misunderstanding, you will find below the list comprising the necessary documents in order to proceed with the request for a financial leasing.

Natural Entities

 

  • The leasing form completed and signed by the applicant* and by the dealer for concordance - original
  • The leasing offer signed by the applicant and stamped by the dealer - original
  • Copy of the identity document (BI/CI) for the applicant signed and stamped by the dealer for concordance
  • The tax record concerning the income achieved during the previous year*
  • Standard salary slip, containing mentions about position, seniority and the net income for the last 3 months* - original
  • Copy of the updated record of employment (signed and approved by the employer) or of the individual labour contract, as well as other additional documents (as the case may be)
  • Copy of a utility invoice from the address mentioned in the identity documents
  • Copy of the certificate of the title either as a master copy or a regular copy - only valid for persons employed overseas
  • The latest two pensions slips (for pensioners), either as master copies or regular copies
  • The Retirement Decision (only for pensioners) - copy
  • Any other documents which would prove the existence of additional incomes (e.g. The global income statement, Salary slips, Rental Agreements, Copyright Agreements, Annuity, Dividends)

* The same papers are also requiered for the husband/wife and/or co - debtors

Individual Service Providers / Freelancers 

 

  • The leasing form completed, signed and stamped by the applicant and signed by the dealer for concordance - original
  • The leasing offer signed and stamped by the customer and by the dealer - original
  • The valid authorization for the practice of the profession, issued by the authority governing the respective field of professional activity - copy signed by the dealer for concordance
  • Identity document (BI/CI) - copy signed by the dealer for concordance
  • The Tax Registration Certificate (CIF) and of the Tax Identification Number (CUI) - copy signed by the dealer for concordance
  • The tax record registered with the National Agency for Fiscal Administration - copy signed by the dealer for concordance
  • The anticipated tax record for the present year registered at the Fiscal Administration - copy signed by the dealer for concordance
  • The accounting journal valid for the last month, signed and stamped - copy

Legal Entities

 

  • The leasing form completed, signed and stamped by the applicant company and signed by the dealer - original
  • The leasing offer signed and stamped by the customer and by the dealer - original
  • The Tax Identification number (CUI) -   signed copy by the dealer for concordance
  • Identity document (BI/CI) of the attorney signing the documents requiered by the collaboration with Porsche Leasing Romania IFN SA - copy signed by the dealer for concordance and the mandate for this person if different from the legal representative - original
  • The minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Associates held in view of  purchasing the vehicle and assigment of the representative in relation with Porsche Leasing Romania IFN SA - original
  • The company's Constituent Document -  signed and stamped copy by the dealer for concordance
  • The most recent addendum to the Constituent Document of the company - signed and stamped copy by the dealer for concordance
  • All the addendum to the Constituent Document of the company which refers to the modification of the associates, legal representatives or their representatives powers - signed and stamped copies by the dealer for concordance
  • The latest two accounting balance sheets , with the proof of their deposit at the competent authorities according to the laws in force - signed and stamped copies for concordance
  • The latest two balance sheets - signed and stamped copies for concordance
  • The latest synthetic verification balance sheet  - signed and stamped copy for concordance
