You start by choosing your favourite car, then submit your file containing the necessary documents for the conclusion of the agreement. Legal entities
- Leasing form completed, signed and stamped by the applicant company, as an execution - copy;
- The leasing offer signed and stamped by the customer as an execution - copy;
- Copy of the Tax Identification number (CUI);
- Copy of the Identity Document (BI/IC) of the legal representative or attorney signing the documentation required in relation with Porsche Mobility and the power of attorney as an execution copy for the respective person, as the case may be;
- Copy of the latest two available balance sheets, approved by the authorities, with the specific balances of payments signed and stamped for compliance;
- The latest synthetic verification balance sheet available, signed and stamped as an execution copy for compliance;
- The Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Associates, held in view of purchasing the vehicle, as an execution copy, provided that the financed amount per contract exceeds 50.000 euros.
Individual Service Providers / Freelancers
- Leasing form completed, signed and stamped by the applicant as an execution - copy;
- The leasing offer signed and stamped by the customer as an execution - copy;
- Copy of the valid authorization for the practice of the profession, issued by the authority governing the respective field of professional activity;
- Copy of the Identity Document (BI/IC);
- Copy of the Tax Registration Certificate (CIF) and of the Tax Identification number (CUI);
- Copy of the tax record registered with the National Agency for Fiscal Administration;
- Copy of the signed and stamped Accounting Journal, valid for the last month.
ATTENTION! All the documents submitted as copies shall be signed and stamped as certified true copies.
